‘Legal challenge will not impact CVOW’

Dominion Energy has denied delays in its Coastal Virginia Offshore Wind project despite petitions for delay by anti-wind groups. The company affirmed that similar legal challenges have been dismissed previously and reiterated compliance with all legal requirements. Installation of monopiles is scheduled to start early May 2024 by DEME's vessel Orion.
