PV inverter manufacturer Livoltek, a unit of China's Hexing Group, plans to build an inverter factory in the Manaus Free Trade Zone, Brazil. The factory will cover a surface of 30,000 m2 and involve an investment of BRL 70 million. Livoltek aims to become one of the top 10 brands in the Brazilian PV market by 2025. The company plans to manufacture lithium batteries and electric-vehicle chargers, with production scheduled to start at the end of 2024. Hexing Group's chairman, Liangzhang Zhou, emphasized the long-term commitment to Brazil's industrialization and global market position. Livoltek will focus on supplying the Brazilian market and expanding into neighboring countries. The opening ceremony for the inverter factory is set for July 24 in Manaus.
