Lodestone Energy to build 220MW agriPV project in New Zealand

Lodestone Energy has announced plans for solar projects on New Zealand's South Island, including a partnership with the Haldon Station farm for a 220MW agrivoltaic project. The project aims to cover 340 hectares of farmland to promote revegetation and effective land management. AgriPV has gained attention for its dual benefits of electricity generation and land management. Paddy Boyd, a manager at Haldon Station, emphasized the positive impact on flora and fauna from the solar project.
