LONGi launches 22.3% efficiency back contact PV module

Chinese solar PV module manufacturer LONGi has launched a new black dual-glass back contact module, called Hi-MO X6 Artist Ultra Black, with a 22.3% conversion efficiency. The module generates up to 435W and is designed for the rooftop solar market. It was presented at Intersolar 2024 in Munich, Germany. The module has special features like proprietary HPBC cells for lossless light absorption, thicker glass for better durability and impact resistance against various weather conditions including hailstorms.
