Macquarie, Spring funds sell Race Bank stake

Funds managed by Macquarie Asset Management and Spring Infrastructure Capital have divested a minority stake in the Race Bank Offshore Wind Farm to Norges Bank Investment Management for approximately £330m. Race Bank, located off the Norfolk coast, is operational since 2018 with 91 turbines generating electricity for over half a million UK homes.
