Swiss solar products maker Meyer Burger Technology AG and Solestial Inc are partnering to scale the production of silicon solar technology for space applications. Meyer Burger will process ultra-thin silicon wafers provided by Solestial, enabling the production of solar modules for spacecraft. The partnership aims to meet the increasing demand for reliable and cost-effective energy in space.
