Minesto renews PPA with Faroese utility Sev

Minesto AB renewed its tidal power purchase agreement with Faroese utility Sev, adjusting price-level and extending term. The new contract reflects total system value of tidal energy in Faroe Islands aiming for 100% renewable by 2030. Minesto plans a 200-MW tidal energy buildout by 2024.
