Ministry of Energy: Financing contracts of 138 mln. lei for energy efficiency in the industrial sector

The Ministry of Energy signed financing contracts worth 138.25 million lei to ensure energy efficiency in the industrial sector. Investments aim at modernizing equipment, constructions, and implementing energy management systems. The contracts support economic operators in reducing energy consumption, carbon emissions, and increasing competitiveness. Funding is provided from European funds related to PNRR with the objective to achieve energy savings and reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
