Montenegro invites consultant bids for energy efficiency project

Montenegro's government, in collaboration with the EBRD, seeks investors for consultancy services on a 15 million euro project aimed at improving energy efficiency through solar installations in three public hospitals. The initiative includes design and technical specifications for energy efficiency measures, with the goal to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and save on electricity and heating costs.
