Montenegro plans to launch auctions for market premiums for renewable energy power plants. The Ministry of Energy and Mining is preparing laws to harmonize regulations with the EU. The new regulation introduces contracts with strategic investors and allows producers to enter into PPAs. The aim is to integrate renewable electricity producers into the market and meet national targets.
