Continuum Green Energy Ltd's founders are organizing a $200 million loan to acquire part of Morgan Stanley Infrastructure Partners LP's majority share in the firm. The company, a leading renewable energy provider in India since 2009, is known for its extensive portfolio in wind and solar projects. Arvind Bansal and Vikash Saraf, founders holding a minority stake, are being assisted by Deutsche Bank in this transaction.
