Scientists from Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics in China have simulated a solar cell based on an absorber using the inorganic perovskite CsSnI3. They used SCAPS-1D solar cell capacitance software to simulate different cell designs. The best configuration included CsSnI3 absorber, TiO2 ETL, NiOx HTL, and back electrodes, achieving an efficiency of 31.09%.
