Nextracker acquires Ojjo, expanding solar foundation business

Ojjo, a solar foundation firm, has been acquired by Nextracker to expand its utility-scale solar foundations business. The acquisition aims to provide integrated solutions for various soil conditions when developing solar projects. Nextracker's technology will now include Ojjo's foundation technology, known for its suitability to rocky sites. The acquisition further accelerates Nextracker's expansion, with the total manufacturing capacity reaching 2GW.
