An international research team developed a novel design for inverted all-perovskite bilayer solar cells, incorporating bilayer heterojunctions with different perovskite materials. They used SCAPS-1D software for simulation and optimized the absorber layer thickness to improve device performance. The cell achieved a high power conversion efficiency of 24.83%.
