OAER and AIIR complain: Amendments to law 372/2005 will block the construction of buildings

OAER and AIIR express concerns over amendments to Law 372/2005 on energy performance of buildings, specifically regarding the definition of Nearly Zero Energy Buildings (NZEB) which obliges new buildings to connect to electricity grid, potentially discriminating against renewable energy technologies.
