Octopus acquires Exagen

Octopus Energy Generation has acquired Exagen, a UK renewables developer from founder Jeremy Littman. Exagen possesses a development pipeline of over 2.4GW of solar and energy storage projects in England. Octopus's investment aims to expedite the construction of projects, furthering Exagen's mission of fighting climate change and meeting UK renewable energy targets by 2035.
