OMV Petrom acquires stake in 130 MW of solar in Romania

OMV Petrom has expanded its partnership with Renovatio by purchasing a 50% stake in three solar projects in Romania. The projects have secured access to the national power grid, contributing to a cleaner environment. OMV Petrom also acquired a 50% stake in Electrocentrale Borzesti, boosting their joint installed capacity to over 1.1 GW.
