OMV Petrom completes the acquisition of Renovatio Asset Management

OMV Petrom has completed the acquisition of Renovatio Asset Management, the largest charging network for electric vehicles in Romania. OMV Petrom aims to have 1,000 charging points for electric vehicles in the region by the end of 2024. Radu Căprău, a member of the OMV Petrom Directorate, highlights the company's ambition to strengthen its position in the mobility segment.
