Oxford PV starts commercial distribution of perovskite solar modules

Oxford PV has commercially launched its perovskite tandem modules in the US for the first time, based on proprietary perovskite-on-silicon technology. The modules can generate up to 20% more energy than conventional silicon modules, ideally suited for large-scale or ground-mounted PV systems. Equipped with 24.5% efficiency, manufactured in Brandenburg an der Havel, the company plans to expand production to GW level.
