Perovskite solar cell achieves 24.3% efficiency, high stability via binary mixed hole transport layer

A group of researchers from the Chinese Academy of Sciences developed a perovskite solar cell with a binary mixed hole transport layer (HTL) that shows improved performance compared to traditional hygroscopic dopants. The solar cell achieved a high power conversion efficiency of 24.30% and demonstrated good stability.
