Researchers at Hangzhou Dianzi University in China fabricated a perovskite solar cell with KTFS to reduce lead vacancy defects in the perovskite film. The study showed that the KTFS-modified film had better surface morphology and higher crystallinity, resulting in improved performance compared to the control film. The device achieved a power conversion efficiency of 23.96% and exhibited reduced hysteresis and improved stability.
