Perovskite solar cell modified with potassium trifluoromethanesulfonate achieves 23.96% efficiency

Researchers in China fabricated a perovskite solar cell with KTFS to reduce lead vacancy defects, improving surface morphology and crystallinity. KTFS-modified film showed less lead impurities and improved stability. KTFS did not affect the energy bandgap. The device achieved a power conversion efficiency of 23.96%.
