Petrobras, the Brazilian state-run oil and gas company, has signed a memorandum of understanding with the government of Rio Grande do Norte state to explore the feasibility of an offshore wind pilot project. This project will assess the potential investment size and development capacity, including environmental and social impacts, and align with state policies and regional improvement initiatives.
