PPC Renewables announces construction of a new 140 MW wind power plant in Eastern Romania

PPC Renewables announces the construction of a new 140 MW wind power plant in Deleni, Vaslui County, Eastern Romania. The wind plant will have 23 GE Vernova 6.1 MW turbines, aiming to be connected to the grid by the end of 2025. The estimated annual generation is 370 GWh, helping to avoid 215,000 tons of CO2 emissions per year. The project is expected to power approximately 62,000 households. PPC Renewables operates in Romania with an existing portfolio of over 700MW, planning to reach around 850MW after the completion of this project.
