Premier Energy completed the acquisition of Mihai Viteazu wind farm from Iberdrola, marking one of the largest acquisitions in the company’s history. The transaction was facilitated by Vista Bank and Optima Bank. The wind farm has an estimated annual net production of 165 GWh. Premier Energy Group aims to become an energy hub in the region, doubling its operational footprint in wind renewable assets. The group listed successfully on the Bucharest Stock Exchange and plans to accelerate its investment in the renewable energy sector.
