Premier Energy, Motor Oil launch joint venture for hybrid power plants in Romania

Premier Energy joined forces with Greece-based Motor Oil to establish a firm acquiring 86 MW solar power projects with energy storage. Motor Oil's subsidiary MORE bought a stake in Romania. Motor Oil aims to expand in Southeastern Europe, focusing on power purchase agreements. Premier Energy recently had an IPO on the Bucharest Stock Exchange.
