Qcells' EnFin closes USD-253m ABS deal for home solar funding

EnFin, the residential solar financing platform of Qcells, closed a USD 252.9 million ABS deal to finance residential PV installations. The ABS transaction marked Qcells' in-house residential solar financing business's first deal and involved bonds backed by consumer loans. EnFin operates in partnership with Hatch Bank and has consumer loan contracts exceeding USD 800 million.
