Quidnet attracts investment, forms energy storage partnership in Texas

Quidnet Energy, a long-duration energy storage solutions provider based in Houston, Texas, has secured a $10 million investment from Hunt Energy Network. The partnership aims to deploy 300 MW of projects in the state, combining Quidnet's geomechanical energy storage technology with HEN's subsurface capabilities. This collaboration will address ERCOT's need for energy storage as renewable assets increase on the grid.
