Recurrent Energy, a renewable energy developer, has powered a 360MW solar PV plant in Brazil. They own 30% of the Marangatu solar project, while SPIC owns the remaining 70%. Ismael Guerrero, CEO of Recurrent Energy, emphasized their commitment to expanding renewable energy generation in Brazil. Recurrent Energy also secured a credit facility to expand its European solar portfolio. BlackRock invested US$500 million in Recurrent Energy, enabling the company to transition to an independent power producer.
