Recurrent Energy, a renewables developer owned by Canadian Solar, has completed a 360MW solar PV plant in Brazil. The Marangatu solar project in Piauí was developed in collaboration with SPIC Brazil. Ismael Guerrero, CEO of Recurrent Energy, emphasized the company's dedication to expanding renewable energy in Brazil. Recurrent Energy has a significant presence in Latin America with over 4GW of projects. Additionally, Canadian Solar secured funding for solar projects in Europe, particularly in Spain, with BlackRock making a substantial investment in Recurrent Energy.
