Relyez launches 5 MWh battery for 2-hour energy storage

Relyez, a China-based energy storage system provider, has launched a 5 MWh battery for utility-scale and commercial & industrial applications. GridUltra 5016 is a 5.016 MWh energy storage system with 12 RelyEZ Battery Racks integrated with various systems like BMS, liquid-cooling, fire suppression, and environmental control system. PowerChina has switched on a 100 MW solar tower in South Africa, providing 480 GWh of clean energy.
