ReNew switches on 400 MW of solar in India

A Nasdaq-listed renewable energy company, ReNew, has inaugurated a 400 MW solar project in Rajasthan, part of a 600 MW PPA with SECI for 25 years. The project, spread across 2,000 acres, aims to generate about 1,331 million units yearly and offer competitive electricity tariffs. Rajasthan's Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma appreciates the project for enhancing the state's self-reliance. ReNew focuses on clean energy, digitalization, storage, and carbon markets.
