Romania's antitrust body clears Alive Wind Power buy of wind assets

Romania’s competition authority has approved the acquisition of wind plants and park projects in Vaslui by Alive Wind Power One, created by Premier Energy. Premier Energy acquired assets from Self Concept and listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange. EBRD bought a stake in the company.
