Romania’s data centre market is microscopic; every chance to grow

The data centre market in Romania is relatively small, with only 48 MW of installed capacity. Florin Furdui from Portland Trust Romania mentioned the potential for growth in Romania's data centre market. Prague has 22 data centres owned by 12 providers. In Europe, FLAPD dominates the data centre market. Central and Eastern Europe offer better returns for data centre investments compared to Western markets. The region anticipates increased investments in data centres in the coming years.
