Romania's Premier Energy valued at 482 mln euro in IPO

Romanian power and gas distributor Premier Energy Group priced its IPO at 19.5 lei per share, resulting in a valuation of 2.4 billion lei. The gross proceeds were 695.1 million lei. Premier Energy Group is the third largest natural gas distributor and supplier in Romania, also operating in Moldova. It has a contracted renewable electricity generation portfolio of over 1,000 MW.
