Romanian stock indices turn red, TTS sheds most

Romanian stock indices ended in red on Wednesday, as freight forwarder Transport Trade Services [BSE:TTS] paced blue-chip decliners. The BVB total equity turnover increased to 48.63 million lei ($10.5 million/9.8 million euro) on Wednesday. Shares of Banca Transilvania [BSE:TLV] inched down by 0.34% to 29 lei in the largest trading turnover of 10.3 million lei. Hidroelectrica [BSE:H2O] closed flat at 134.5 lei in the session's second largest trading turnover. Transport Trade Services was the top blue-chip decliner on Wednesday, shedding 2.05% and closing at 26.3 lei in the third largest trading turnover.
