Rovco and Vaarst, two sister companies in the offshore wind industry, merge to form Beam. The merger aims to support future technological ambitions with a focus on AI and autonomy enabled services in the survey and subsea sector. Brian Allen, CEO of Beam, plans to expand the business with new hires in the UK, US, and Asia to address challenges in the green energy transition and reduce reliance on oil and gas.
