RPlus turns sod on 800MW PV, storage project

RPlus Energies carried out a groundbreaking ceremony for the Green River Energy Center in Eastern Utah, comprising a 400MW solar site and a 400MW battery storage project. The project, one of the largest solar-plus-storage projects under construction nationwide, will supply power to PacifiCorp under a PPA. The project secured over US$1bn in construction debt financing and is expected to create around 500 jobs.
