RWE to get EUR 619m for H2 production, storage projects in Germany

German energy group RWE AG is receiving funding for three hydrogen projects in Lower Saxony, North Rhine-Westphalia, and Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania. These projects include building electrolysis plants and hydrogen storage facilities to support the production and storage of hydrogen generated from wind and solar energy sources. Additionally, the German economy ministry has allocated funding to 23 hydrogen projects across the value chain.
