Saint-Gobain Romania signs 5-year PPA with OMV Petrom

Saint-Gobain Romania has signed a 5-year renewable electricity supply agreement (Power Purchase Agreement or PPA) with OMV Petrom in Romania. This contract covers the purchase of green electricity for 5 years, starting in January 2026, aiming to achieve net zero carbon emissions by 2050. OMV Petrom SA will provide around 800 GWh of green electricity to cover 100% of Saint-Gobain's electricity needs in Romania.
