Save 10 000 euro/month thanks to photovoltaic panels

Farmer Vasile Lungu from Iasi is investing in a roof-mounted photovoltaic panel system with government funding to reduce his monthly electricity bill. He plans to use the system for processing stations and irrigation. He expects to eliminate the electricity bill in summer and reduce it by 10-15% in fall and winter. Lungu farms, covering 2,000 hectares with 85% irrigated land, aims to expand irrigation to 95%.
