Scientists designed 10.83%-efficient solar cell based on new unleaded perovskite material

Scientists at Pandit Deendayal Energy University in India designed a solar cell using KSnI3 as an absorber material. They utilized an organic electron transport layer (ETL) with optimized defect concentration and improved interface. The solar cell simulation showed promising results with potentials for high efficiency.
