Sharp has introduced new n-type monocrystalline bifacial solar panels featuring TOPCon cell technology with impressive power conversion efficiency. The NBJE610 double-glass module boasts 132 half-cut solar cells, a 16-busbar design, and 610 W power output. These panels have dimensions of 2,382 mm x 1,134 mm x 30 mm and weigh 34 kg, suitable for PV systems up to 1,500 V. With operating temperatures ranging from -40 C to 85 C, the product is IEC61215- and IEC61730-certified with a high bifaciality factor.
