Silfab Solar has launched the Utility NTC 620-640 XL series of n-type modules designed for the utility-scale sector, with a power conversion efficiency of 23%. The modules are suitable for low-light environments and outperform industry standard panels in generating electricity. Silfab Solar is expanding its US manufacturing, with plans to build a cell manufacturing plant in South Carolina.
