Simply Blue outlines Canadian green fuel hub

Developer Simply Blue Group announced the Goldboro site in Nova Scotia as a location for a sustainable aviation fuels hub. The project will utilize renewable electricity and resources to produce approximately 150,000 tonnes of SAF per year. Nova Scotia's abundant residual biomass will be used for SAF production, contributing to reducing greenhouse gas emissions. Various stakeholders including government officials and industry leaders have expressed support for the project.
