Slovenia's HSE considers 140 MWp floating PV plant project

Slovenian state-owned electricity producer Holding Slovenske Elektrarne (HSE) is considering the construction of a 140 MWp floating photovoltaic plant on Druzmir lake in northern Slovenia to produce 140 GWh of electricity annually. The spatial planning project for the plant will be open for public consultation. HSE plans to invest 2 billion euro to expand renewable energy production capacity by 2033, including new photovoltaic plants and floating solar power plants.
