SMA builds inverter factory in the US

SMA, the inverter manufacturer, is planning to build a new production facility in the US to strengthen its presence in North America. The new factory will have a capacity of 3.5 gigawatts initially and is set to expand over time to cater to the market demand for solar systems and energy efficiency solutions.
