Solar cell based on 2D Dion-Jacobson perovskite achieves 19.11% efficiency

Researchers in China have developed a 2D Dion-Jacobson (DJ) perovskite solar cell with high stability levels and a power conversion efficiency of 19.11%. The cell utilizes CDMA-based DJ perovskite material and features a unique structural configuration for improved charge transport and stability. The device demonstrates scalability and remarkable stability under various conditions. The study was published in Nature Communications.
