Solar cell based on high-entropy hybrid perovskite achieves 25.7% efficiency

Researchers from Zhejiang University in China have developed an inverted perovskite solar cell based on a high-entropy hybrid perovskite material. The material exhibits improved stability and efficiency levels. It features highly disordered organic moieties, superior thermal stability, and structural robustness. The research team built a perovskite film with the new material, resulting in a solar cell with superior water and damp-heat resistance.
