Soltec unveils floating PV tracker concept

Soltec has launched a new floating tracker design called Flotus, suitable for inland water bodies. It features an east-west tracking system and advanced naval design. The company aims to optimize energy efficiency through better orientation and solar tracking, offering increased energy production of 15-25%. The design allows the use of bifacial PV modules. The company has plans for pilot projects in Spain and the United States.
